Robotics

Precision in Design

For the 3D modelling section of Year 10 Robotics, students designed a car using a program called Fusion 360. The car was based around a motor which was modelled accurately to match a real motor. This means that you could buy four of these motors, 3D print the components of one of these designs, and hopefully they would work! Of course you would have to do a lot of tests first - this is just one part of the design method.

We have included the three stand-out projects from the class.
