7A Volleyball Tournament 

In Physical Education the year 7’s had been working through a volleyball unit, which they had started prior to the second round of remote and flexible learning. They were putting in a tremendous effort to improve not only their skills, but knowledge of the game. They were very determined when back at school to revise the content covered and get back into it. The students progressed so far throughout the unit that by the end they were able to play a round robin tournament. The students had to set up the courts, competition and create their teams fairly. They did a tremendous job of this and showed great team work and sportsmanship throughout the unit. I hope to see them build on this in their future schooling years. 

Overall Round Robin Results: 

Wackaroos – 9 points (Riley, Matilda, Savannah and Cruwen)

Yeet – 6 points (Lachlan, Hudson, Emily and Noah)

Aussies – 5 points (Olivia, Siarna, Kaela and Cooper)

John Cena – 3 Points (Kane, Connor, Ashley and Tucker)
