Finally, it is with much regret that I have accepted the resignation of Mr Alexander Smith from the end of 2018. Alex and his wife Amy have made the difficult decision to move closer to family in Melbourne with the impending birth of their third child. Alex always placed great emphasis on boarder wellbeing and the boarding programs have blossomed under his expert guidance. His short but influential contribution has ensured College has remained one of the state’s pre-eminent boarding schools.  I have commissioned leading educational search company, Hutton Consulting, to conduct a nationwide campaign to find an equally outstanding replacement and will notify the College community as soon as this important decision is made.
