The whole school production of Oliver! is in July, so please mark it in your calendar. We are proud of the cast and band who have been working hard at rehearsals all term. It is now time for costumes and props to be collected and created so we are asking for assistance for this large task.  Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. As the show approaches there will be many ways people can help out so please keep an eye on emails, the newsletter and Facebook.

1: Creating costumes

We plan to hold a costume workshop on Saturday 30 March from 10:00am to 3:00pm when the cast will all be here for rehearsals. We certainly don’t expect you to be here for all that time but appreciate any time you can give. If you are not available that day there will be plenty of opportunities in the next few months to help out.

Please email greenley.anne@mazenod.wa.edu.au to indicate roughly when you will be available that day just so we have an idea of numbers to organise jobs for. We understand that situations change so please do not feel that you must come at the time you said you would if it is inconvenient.

If you have a sewing machine please bring it with you. Also we ask that you bring a small plate to share to help keep your strength up. Endless tea and coffee will be provided.

If you have any queries please contact Anne on the email above.
