Hello, from 2/3 M.B

With only a short week back this week, we have quickly got into recounts and retells. Here the students were read the story of 'Wanted: The Perfect Pet' by Fiona Roberton. They then had to retell the story in their own words. The teachers will use these samples to guide our teaching this term.

This term we are looking at Geography as we transition from Investigations into Inquiry learning. We watched an episode of 'Back to Nature' on ABC, which explored the Springbrook National Park outside of the Gold Coast. We've also looked at the high country of NSW. The students had to think about a place that was special to them, draw and write about it. Here are some examples.
