Food Specialisms Strawberry Muffins

Due to lockdowns across the nation, strawberries are selling for as low as $1. Demand for strawberries has plummeted and farmers have had to destroy their crops as they cannot cover the costs. 

To support our Aussie farmers and help them stay afloat, students were encouraged to go out and buy a punnet for our strawberry muffin cooking class. It was wonderful to see the students so engaged in the session with their cameras on. If you would like to show your support, please buy a punnet of strawberries.
