Our Rowville Primary School Swimming Champions!

On Friday 10 March, a group of ten of our talented swimmers represented Rowville Primary School in the Knox Division Swimming Championships. There were many great swims and some nail biting finishes! 

 

Rowville Primary School triumphed, with all of our swimmers finishing in the top four places in their events:

Jasmin K: 9/10 Girls Freestyle – 1st place and 9/10 Girls Breaststroke – 1st place

Dominic C: 9/10 Year Boys Freestyle – 2nd place and 9/10 Year Boys Breaststroke – 3rd place

Laura P: 11 Year Girls Backstroke – 2nd place and 11 Year Girls Freestyle – 3rd place, 

Eva K: 12 Year Girls Butterfly – 2nd place and 12 Year Girls Freestyle – 3rd place

Girls Medley Relay Team (Laura P, Eva K, Jasmin K and Chloe V) – 2nd place

11 Year Girls Freestyle Relay Team (Jasmin K, Chloe V, Ruby C and Laura P) – 3rd place

12 Year Boys Freestyle Relay Team (Jordan M, Josh W, Bronn L and Zac B) – 4th place

 

Congratulations to all of our team on a great result.

 

And a HUGE congratulations to Jasmin, Dominic, Laura, Chloe and Eva on their outstanding achievements, qualifying for the Region Swimming Championships, to be held this Friday. 

 

A very special mention also to Jasmin who was the Division Champion in both the 9/10 Girls Freestyle and 9/10 Girls Breaststroke. WOW!
