Year 12 Hospitality
Our Year 12 hospitality students have completed their first assessment for one of their units - 'Appetisers and Salads'. As part of their assessment conditions students are required to serve a range of canapes to real customers. Each variety of canape needs to have a different base, spread, body and garnish.
Grace, Naomi and Charli did an amazing job serving our GSSC families and staff at the Annual Welcome Night. They are all looking forward to completing another eleven functions throughout the year!
