HAPPY PARENTS HAPPY KIDS

Free Parenting Course 

Week 1 & Week 2, Term 2

19th and 26th April

@Palm Beach State School

Join our supportive friends from the Palm Beach Neighbourhood Centre in the Rainbow Room (adjoined to the School Library) for a basic, two session course that will give parents information regarding skills they needs for a healthy, peaceful, active, courageous and loving family in a changing world.

Course content includes:  parenting styles, building character traits essential for parents and kids, promoting child development, encouraging desirable behaviour and dealing with misbehaviour.

Natalie Morris, Guidance Officer, Palm Beach State School will also be available to answer questions around how school staff can provide ongoing support for your child in the school environment.

We are very excited to announce that our School LEAP Club will start from Week 2 next term! We have lots of great ideas to help our School and Community environment. We will be collecting bread bags to earn points for Sporting equipment so please start collecting now!
