A variety of excursions/in house activities will be offered throughout the program - see the attached Flyer for more information.
- Have you completed the 2023 Registration Form on line? If not, contact Lyn. Without a completed enrolment form you cannot attend the program.
- Complete ALL the questions and sign the Parent Declaration (on reverse side).
- Submit this booking form by Friday 30/03/2023. Applications close on this date and all changes or cancellations need to be made by this date.
- All payments need to be submitted by Thursday 06/04/2023.
