Deputy Principals' News

St Patrick's Day

Last Friday our students dressed in a touch of green to celebrate St Patrick’s day. Many different activities were held across the school. Including building leprechaun catchers, none were caught however they did leave chocolate gold coins in each of the leprechaun catchers!

Our Year 6 Leaders were invited to attend mass at St Patrick's Cathedral as part of Catholic Education week and were then treated to a number of different activities in the Fitzroy gardens.

School Closure Days

Just a reminder that this Monday, 27th of March is a staff closure day. This provides an opportunity for the staff to engage in professional learning to support our annual goals within our SIP and strengthen our school vision.

  • Hair is neat and tidy - correct colour ribbons or school scrunchies.
  • Sport jackets are not a part of the full summer uniform and should NOT be worn for the school photos.

School Enrolments and Tours

Just a reminder that if you have any children beginning Prep in 2024, could you please pick up an enrolment pack from the office as soon as possible. Our enrolments are due to close on Friday 24th March. Over the last few weeks we have had a number of school tours being conducted. These have been held during and after school hours.

A big thank-you to our Year 6 Leaders who have been facilitating these.

On Monday night this week we had over 20 visitors to our school.

Please ensure that you are checking the Parent Google Calendar on a regular basis as dates are added throughout the year.
