SCHOOL FETE

2 weeks to go!!

Hope to see you there!!

Trinity Parent and Friends

With two weeks to go until our fete, we are getting very excited! We also have the end of term Easter Raffle coming up that the children love.

Here's what you need to know about these events:

Trinity Primary School Fete: April 1st from 9am to 3pm

Leonie and Salli will have a fete information area and volunteer sign up sheet at school pick up tomorrow afternoon (Friday, 17 March) to answer your questions and for you to put your name down if you haven't already done so to help on the day.

Tombola Jars: One of our student stalls will feature a lucky dip and tombola drawer. We're collecting glass jars and lids for this activity, so please start saving them and get creative with your fillings! You can put anything that's not perishable in the jars, from arts and crafts to lollies, homemade bircher mix, buttons, sewing kits, and little toys (to name a few ideas). Please drop off your completed jars at the office. Thank you to those of you who have already made these up and donated. Every little bit helps make this a fabulous day.

Hairy Friends Grass Head Pots: Another class stall will be selling Hairy Friends grass head pots. If you have any stocking or pantyhose donations, please drop them off at the office.

Bake Sale: Leonie Fuller (Max and Jacob's mum) is leading our bake sale efforts. Please sign up on the baking pledge spreadsheet if you're able to contribute, and let Leonie know if you're available to help on the day.

  • NO CREAM or PERISHABLE INGREDIENTS - eg custard, cheese etc

We also have beautiful local artisan stalls selling their goods, a petting farm, a face painter, Bluey will be making an appearance and our wonderful interactive class stalls just to name a few of the activities you can enjoy.

There is also a fabulous raffle with amazing prizes to be given away. Heidi and Sophie have amassed prizes valued over $4,000 for the raffle! These tickets will be available soon and also able to be purchased at the Multicultural Night and on the Fete day. This raffle will be drawn at 2pm on fete day.

Please note this is a separate raffle from the Easter Raffle that will be drawn on the last day of term for the children.

Easter Raffle: April 6th

The easter raffle bags have been decorated and we're now accepting donations for our end-of-term Easter Raffle!! Please drop off your donations at the office. Thank you in advance for your support! Raffle tickets will go home today with your eldest child. To help prevent confusion as we have two raffle's running at the same time, easter raffle tickets have a pink slip on the front of them.
