FINAL DETAILS FOR STOMP PRESENTATION
Dear families,
We are so excited about our upcoming Stomp Dance Presentation which will be held this Monday. Please read this post carefully as it contains important information.
What are the important details?
Where: Rolling Hills Primary School – Quadrangle (between the main building and the Boorai Building)
When: Monday 21st March
Time: 3.45pm – approx. 5.15pm
How will my child get to the presentation?
Students will stay with their teacher afterschool, where they will have a little snack and get organised. PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILD WITH AN ADDITIONAL SNACK AND DRINK TO HAVE AFTER SCHOOL. Teachers will bring students down to the quadrangle for the performance.
Costumes:
Details about what each class needs to wear for their costume has been posted on Compass. Please check those posts. Students need to bring their costume to school in a clearly named bag on Monday 21st March. Please ensure that all items of clothing (costume and school uniform) are clearly named. Teachers will organise time for students to get changed before the presentation.
Sun Smart:
Please ensure that your child has their hat and a drink bottle at school on Monday. You may also consider sending some sunscreen. The weather is expected to be very warm at this stage and we will be in the open, outside.
Can I bring a chair?
We have limited space so the audience is encouraged to stand where possible. If you wish to sit, please bring your own chairs. We won’t have space for picnic rugs.
How do I collect my child at the end of the performance?
At the conclusion of the presentation, students can be collected from their class area and must be signed out. We will announce the class collection areas at the end of the performance.
OSHCare
If your child goes to OSHCare on Monday 21st March, you will need to contact Nicole or Debbie and fill out a permission slip for your child to be able to attend the performance and be collected by the OSHCare educators.
We look forward to seeing you at the performance on Monday!
Kind regards,
Kate Warner
