Ticket Registration

Second Round Ticket Offer

Thank you to those who have registered for their Sports Day ticket to date as per the process through round one, (one ticket offer per family).
We appreciate and share your frustrations with the rules and thank all of you have followed the process in place.
We are happy to report that the first round ticket offer has gone well once again, and NOT all tickets have been allocated or subscribed as we suspected, opening up a second round ticket offer today for families to register for an additional, second ticket.

Second Round Ticket Offer

The second round ticket offer for Sports Day opens today, Thursday 28 October 2021 until midnight Sunday 31 October 2021. This will enable families who did not register in the first round to still register for one ticket and families who wish to register for a second ticket to do so.

It is important to note that every person who attends Sports Day, this includes all siblings who may be under school age will require a ticket and this is an opportunity to register for a ticket for them.

In order for your registration to be accepted, you will need to complete all of the details required. By completing all of your details you are agreeing to the following:

  • QR Code Check In
  • Eventbrite Ticket – Scan In/Scan Out
  • Keeping 1.5 m physical distance at all times
  • Tickets are not transferrable.
  • If tickets cannot be used they are returned to LNPS for reallocation to other families.

Whilst this may all seem a little extreme, in order to make this happen, we need to ensure we have all the measures in place in the unlikely event of any COVID-19 community transmissions in the future. This is no different to what has to be completed currently for any visitors on the school site.

Once the second round ticket offer closes, any remaining tickets will then be available to families who have registered for tickets who may require/request additional tickets. This is what happened last year.

Families who have registered for Sports Day tickets at the end of round two will be contacted in the event there are still tickets left to allocate to express their interest in accessing additional tickets. At this stage in the process, allocation numbers are in line with previous family Sports Day attendance, which allowed families to access extra tickets.

It is really important to understand that no ticket means no entry on Sports Day.

This may sound harsh but this is the only way we can manage this process in line with the guidelines we need to adhere to in order to make this happen.
