Industrial Technology Timber Year 12 HSC Major Projects

What an unusual year to be trying to negotiate the completion of a HSC Major Project.

Across the state students, teachers and schools alike were given the option to down tools and apply for a ‘projected mark’. Some opted to take up the challenge and navigate their way cautiously through the wave of Public Health Orders, and directives from NESA to attempt to complete their projects.

The Industrial Technology Timber class of 2021 were one such group who never wavered. They just kept adjusting and readjusting, turning up, making sacrifices and displaying common sense and self-management in their determination to get to the finish line with style and deliver themselves a huge sense of achievement in a year when that was elusive.

I would like to publicly congratulate the six members of the class on their application to their projects, and thank them for making this aspect of 2021 a memorable one for all the right reasons. You have set the bar high for the class of 2022.
