House Cup

When they return to school next week one of the first acts of College 2021 Vice Captains Nick Ward and Alec Ramsbottom will be to present the 2021 House Cup which they have capably adjudicated under challenging circumstances this year, ably assisted by Mrs Fromager. Despite all the difficulties this year the points have been collated from across all areas of the Colleges activities including Junior and Senior School Swimming, Athletic and Cross Country Carnivals, Summer and Winter Sports and Co Curricular Activites and social justice activities such as the Red Dirt Immersion Expedition participation.

Representing their Houses will be the House Captains from both Year 12 and Year 11: Barron - Pat Moore and Ethan Rossetto, Rice - Ben Ferguson and Harrison O’Brien, Purton - Fred Braddock and Harry Melloy, and Treacy - Dom Panozzo and Oliver Aylmer.

Best wishes to all our Houses and congratulations to all students for their efforts in representing the College so well under the challenges of another year interrupted by extended online learning!

 Year 7 Pastoral Care Award

It gives us great pleasure to announce a recent Pastoral Care Award for a Year 7 student who has been doing great work supporting others in lockdown.

The award recipient is Will Kevans for delivering food to his extended community. He does this every fortnight to various members of his family to assist during lockdown. He is the winner of the “reach out and help somebody” competition over the holidays.

He was selected by our Year 7 Student Empowerment Team consisting of Sean O’Donnell, Lucas Gleeson, James Lineen, James Patchett, Benji Tan, Angus Gibson and Brayzen Sargent.

Well done to Will and to all Year 7 lead by Mr Steinman in making sure we uphold our Touchstone as an Inclusive Community – connected to one another especially during lockdown.
