Physical Vibe

PHYSICAL VIBE PROGRAMME 2019

Our Physical Vibe programme is about creating energy within a capacity where physical fitness and wellbeing is the pinnacle of all learning including theory.  Leadership and mentoring are other aspects of our programme encompassed around teamwork and communication.

For our Junior School, quick short bursts of different activities that have a variety of instructional techniques used to move students progressively toward stronger understanding and, ultimately, greater independence in the learning process.

Our Middle School, always love a challenge!  So our programme will be challenging them as individuals and work them as a team that makes their learning fun and exciting.  

Our Senior School students are players that need to be pushed hard!  With discipline and respect their learning is focusing on how well they can achieve, with quality!

Week 2 

Ms Stanley would like to issue special awards to her "newest students" who participated and tackled the obstacle course; Danielle C, Vanessa B, Cindy B & Angela R. CSPS extends it's thanks and appreciation to these worthy award recipients!

Week 3

Peninsula Obstacle Racing Course

Eight students were selected to attend the Peninsula Obstacle Racing Course.  This was a 1.5 km obstacle course, consisted of 20+ military style obstacles that were fun and challenging and took them 1hr and 40 mins to complete.

The objectives of participating was to focus on:

  • Developing teamwork and leadership skills
  • Challenge students to come out of their comfort zone
  • To have FUN in an outdoor setting

Even though some obstacles and team dynamics were challenging  they all came back with a real sense of achievement upon completion.  Well Done!
