UWC scholarships for 2018 – 2020

Apply now at uwc.org.au - applications close October 20th

United World Colleges are a group of not-for-profit international schools that give young people from dozens of nationalities the opportunity to come together and share their cultural and personal experiences, while studying for the International Baccalaureate.

The aim of the schools is to make education a force for peace and sustainability by fostering understanding and cooperation among tomorrow’s citizens and leaders.

This year, UWC Australia will offer a mix of full and partial scholarships and unfunded places for students to study at a UWC. Candidates are ranked and offered places in order of merit, with scholarship funds awarded on a needs basis. Ideally, candidates will apply based on the desire to attend a UWC rather than go to a specific country.

UWC Australia selects on a broad range of criteria, not just academic performance.

In 2018, places are available in Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, China, Costa Rica, India, Japan and Swaziland.
