ADMINISTRATION MATTERS

 Could all Parents/Carers please contact  the school office if your child is 

absent from school for the day before 10am. 

This can be done by:

PICKING UP A CHILD DURING SCHOOL HOURS

Due to the current Health situation we are encouraging parents/carers to park outside the school grounds and call us when you are collecting your child. We will we call your child to the front office and sign them out on your behalf.

SCHOOL HATS

Children are required to wear their school hats during all outside activities. Please make sure all hats are clearly labelled with your child's first and last names.

UNIFORM SHOP

Due to government restrictions we are unable to open our Uniform Shop for face to face appointments until further notice.

Richelle will still be available to take your orders by phoning on a Friday during our uniform shop hours which are 10am - 12noon.  From there you will place your order and payment will be made at that time.

All orders will be packed and sent home each Friday with your child.

Alternatively, you can download the order form from our website, Skoolbag app, or your PAM account via ‘knowledge bank’.  Complete the form and send it with the correct money with your child.

If sizing is an issue, you are able to send clothing back (still with tags) and it will be swapped over for you...children are unable to be called up to office to be sized for clothing anymore.

SCHOOL PHOTOS - FRIDAY 30 OCTOBER 2020

If you are ordering online there is no need to return any forms or payment to school for photos before photo day. 

1. Your first step will be to register with Arthur Reed with the personalised flyer that 

each student is given on photo day. 

2. Once photos are ready to view and order, parents that have registered online 

will receive an email notification. 

If you wish to purchase school portraits but do not have online access, you can call at the school office to collect a form and return it to school on or before photo day with your payment (correct money must be enclosed in a named envelope, no change given)

Cash payments can only be accepted up until photo day.

SIBLING PHOTOS

IMPORTANT - To ensure a sibling photo is taken on photo day, please complete a request online before midday on the day before photo day.

1. Grab your phone and go to arphotos.typeform.com/to/OB0pwk The link will allow families to register for a family photo and family photos will be available online to view and order at the same time as the portrait and group photos.
2. Enter the name and class of the eldest child to be in the photo
3. Enter the names of all other children to be included in the photo
