Garden classes for Term 2 will remain the same days and times as for Term 1.

Term 2 Garden Weekly timetable

Tues:  2.00pm - 2,45pm (4A)

Tues : 2.45pm - 3.30pm (3A)

Wed: 12.05pm - 12.50pm (3P)

Wed:  2.00pm - 2,45pm (4K)

Wed:  2.45pm - 3.30pm (3Z)

Thurs: 2.00pm - 2,45pm (3/4H)

Thurs: 2.45pm - 3.30pm (4S)

If you wish to volunteer and join our garden team, please contact the office (9568 1300) and your details will be forwarded to me so that I can contact you with the garden schedule.

HOLIDAY WORKING BEE THANK YOU

A big thank you goes out to the following garden volunteers who assisted me during the school holidays: Tony Gigliotti, Chris and Brian Robinson, Brian Williams, Karen Lees and Teresa Farthing.

All of these people attended a ‘working bee’ session and we managed to clear the berry bed and weed around the fruit trees. A HUGE effort.

HERB STALL

Due to various holidays and scheduling commitments, the herb stall will now start in Week 3. It will be hosted this term by 4S on Thursday afternoons, after school for 15mins. It will run from 3.30pm to 3.45pm.

Hope you will all come by and support our budding entrepreneurs and purchase seasonal herb produce.

See you all at the stall next week.

WET WEATHER GEAR

As we have seen this morning, the wet weather has started!  A reminder therefore to everyone to ensure that the children have wet weather appropriate clothing for their garden classes (gumboots/old shoes and rain jacket)

Some of the classrooms allow for the children to leave this gear at school, so that they have it for wet days.
