Phillip Island Adventure

All the action from Year 7 camp

This year we went to camp in Phillip Island from April 4th to April 6th. There were many incredible and fun activities, including the twin flying fox, the giant swing, the bush man's breakfast, high ropes, archery, raft making team rescue and sport. On the first night we all went to the beach to watch the penguin parade. We got to see the penguins come up out of the water and waddle up the shore.

Some of our favourite things and our highlights of the camp was the giant swing where your group pulled you up by a rope and then let you swing from 18 meters or lower, and the twin flying fox. You got to pick a partner and zipline 10 meters high and 200 meters long right next to them. It might have been a bit scary at the time but looking back we realised how fun it really was.

Another great thing about the camp was the food. From pasta with bolognaise sauce to chocolate mousse all the food was delicious and incredible. Overall, it was a great camp, it was fun, and it had a lot of learning experiences. We'd love to go again.
