Instrumental Music Concert

The Instrumental Music Concert performed during the day at  Magill School  is an excellent opportunity for future IM students to see and hear instruments that they too could be learning on their own musical journey by enrolling in the program.

It was a day of celebrating live performances at MAGILL School by students who displayed exemplary behaviours both on stage and as supportive audience members. BRING ON 2023!!!!

From the Principal...

The performance of the students currently participating in Instrumental Music lessons at Magill School is inspired by the passion and expertise of the Department of Education Instrumental Music teachers who encourage, instruct and nurture their interest in music. As teachers they acknowledge and celebrate the progress of their students as the children experience the rewards, challenges and successes of dedicated, constant practice. They instill in their students a sense of pride and achievement and love of music - a gift that enriches their sense of identity and the world they live in.

Magill School is a Music Focus School and recognises and strives to actively support Instrumental Music and classroom music with the Performing Arts Curriculum as an integral component of learning and quality of life. We trust that the opportunity to perform to a supportive audience enables our students to feel the joy of the music and the fulfilment that comes from perseverance and dedication.
