Chef Adam visits!
Adam Van Der Zwart is a past HHS student and parent of Zander in Year 7. He expressed his desire to attend a Year 7 Food Technology class to demonstrate preparing healthy food. Adam is passionate about food, and home prepared food created from fresh ingredients. Student feedback included:
Adam has a passion for cooking, we could hear it in his voice. The rice noodles with vegetables tasted really nice. I had the opportunity to take some leftovers home. -Emma

Alex Gommers- Running Man
In a previous edition we wrote about Alex and the 100km run he was doing to raise money for The Black Dog Institute. We are pleased to report, Alex made the distance and raised over $2500 in the process. Awesome effort! You can read more about Alex's run here:
