Donating old school uniforms

Hopefully the good weather is now here to stay, and for some of us it’s a great time to consider a wardrobe spring clean in preparation for warm weather clothing.

In an attempt to hopefully minimise waste of perfectly good uniforms, we are asking parents to consider dropping any items of clothing into the office, that may then be utilised by other students. For this to be beneficial for other students/parents, the uniforms should meet the current dress guidelines. It would also be preferred if all of the items were in good condition (i.e. no holes).

Once we have a supply of clothing, members of the parents committee will run a stall, with all funds going into our fundraising budget, for additional resources or school improvements.

If you have any items that you would like to donate, please drop them in to the office by the 30th of November

Once we have an idea of supply and sizes we will arrange opportunities for purchase.

Mangos

Thank you very much for your extraordinary support of this fundraiser again. We sold an impressive 236 trays this year, raising just over $1400.  Mango deliveries are expected in early December, but a notification will be sent out via Compass, to confirm the exact date, when we have been notified from the supplier.

FRESH FRUIT FRIDAYS

Thank you to McKern's for providing our fresh fruit every Friday and all our wonderful volunteers for helping to cut and distribute the fruit to our students.  The smiles on their faces are priceless.
