CSR Meeting and VCE Parents Gathering 

Our CSRs met this week to plan social gatherings for your Year group. I look forward to hearing what they organise. Thank you!

 

Also, thank you to Year 12 CSR, Claire Hudson, for organising a dinner event for the Years 11 and 12 parents on the night of the Formal.

 

VCE Parents Gathering On the Night of the Formal: 

Lovely to get together with our Year 11 and 12's dressed up for the evening ahead. We exchanged tales of what the kids did in the afternoon before the Formal; some were chauffeured back and forth across town to attend various preparatory stages: make-up,  hair,  nails, then back again for lashes;  while others took the opportunity to indulge in a siesta, woke up just before departure time, had a quick shower, on with the shirt and pants, then grabbed the jacket as they headed out the  door. 

This was an enjoyable opportunity to meet new parents as well as a chance to reminisce about how the years have flown by!  Soon enough, the time came to head back around the corner to the venue for the 11.00pm pick up.

World Fair Planning

Soon we will start planning for the 2019 World Fair and will be asking for your interest in coordinating a stall or having a role in the organisation of the Fair. Each volunteer role will differ to accommodate your time and interest.

 

Keep your eyes open for a link to sign up. The Fair will be held on 16 March 2019.
