NSWCCC Swimming Championships Homebush
On Friday 6th April, Emily Di Donna, Gabrielle Elbourne, Bryce Raveneau, Oscar Davis and Alexander Macey all competed at the NSWCCC Swimming Championships. All five swimmers had some tough competition with approximately 28 other competitors in each of their events. Most students swam personal best times and placed well amongst the bigger diocese. Alex Macey swam extremely well in the 14 years 50m Breaststroke, placing second and receiving a Silver Medal. Alex has now qualified for the NSW All Schools Swimming Championships which will be held at Homebush at the start of next term. Congratulations Alex and well done to all the swimmers who made it to this level, such a fantastic achievement.
