School Council Report

Hello All!

My name is Larna Woodyatt and I am the current President of the Miners Rest School Council.

We will be bringing you updates from the School Council to the newsletter periodically throughout the year to keep you updated on what we are working on.

So far this year, the 2022 School Council has met twice. Our Annual general meeting was held in March and at our most recent meeting in mid-May our School Council members underwent School Council Training to ensure we are all aware of our roles and responsibilities whilst serving on School Council. Our next meeting is on Monday June 20th and we already have a long list of new items to discuss and commence work on! I look forward to bringing you an update on these things after the meeting.

But first, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to the current members of the School Council! You’ll meet half today and half next week!
