Student Rapid Antigen Testing

The student RAT program will continue until the end of Term 2; students will be issued their next 5-pack of RATs on Monday 6 June. Students are only recommended to use a RAT if experiencing COVID-like symptoms or if they are a household close contact and need to test five times over seven days. 

Traffic Reminders

If you are driving into the school please observe speed limits – 40 kph from the front gate and 20 kph around the internal ring road. If you drop off or pick up children at the pedestrian gate in Positano Grove, please drive slowly and carefully to ensure the safety of children walking home. If your children walk to and from school using the pedestrian gate, please ensure that they use the marked pedestrian crossing.

Vaping

Vaping, the use of e-cigarettes, has become a serious issue in schools. Aitken staff are responding to this by educating students and monitoring student activity in toilets. Student Accident Insurance

The College has an insurance policy that may cover some out-of-pocket expenses for families in the event of a student injury. Enquiries can be made to the Finance Manager.
