Business Management Excursion

The Business Management (3/4) class had a morning at the Yakult Factory in Dandenong South to see the key elements of Operations Management in full swing. During our excursion, our students were engaged and represented Beaumaris Secondary College with the CORE values of the school. During the tour we watched bottles get made from plastic pallets, labels applied, and Yakult be bottled and packaged into packs of 5 or 10. All aspects of our current Area of Study were happening right in front of our eyes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for our students to develop a real-life application to their knowledge.
