The Paraclete
In this week's Gospel, we encounter the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit. The Paraclete means 'advocate' or 'helper'. During this time, leading to Pentecost, we ask the Spirit to bless us, help us and guide us on our journey to the birth of the Church.
Jesus tells us in the Gospel that it is the Advocate, the Holy Spirit whom the Father sends in His name, teaching us everything and reminding us of all that He has said. The Holy Spirit illuminates the disclosure of love and truth in simple words that are full of encouragement.
As a community, let us pray for our Confirmation candidates that they may be filled with the Spirit and be blessed with the gifts and have the courage to be nurtured and grow to produce the fruits of the Spirit.

Caritas Kilometres
A big thank you to all those students and their families who contributed donations and sponsorship for the Caritas Kilometres at the start of this term. We managed to raise $1199.60 that will be passed onto Caritas to assist those less fortunate than ourselves, especially those currently experiencing hardship in the Ukraine.
Be nurtured and grow.
