Reporting Roles and Responsibilities

Due to the complex nature of the reporting process, there are a number of staff and teams within the college who are responsible for different areas:
- Timeline – Leadership Team
- Reporting Handbook maintenance – Leadership Team
- Reporting induction for new staff – Leadership Team
- Supervision by KLA Leaders in the maintenance of subject descriptors, Learning Task creation and documentation, grading component usage, Victorian Curriculum Levels, allocation, and understanding of the Learning Areas and Capabilities & VCE, VM, VPC – Teaching and Learning and KLA
- The commencement of reporting cycles & processes, pre and post. – ICT Manager as directed by Leadership Team
- Oversees the report proofreading process – College Assistant Principal
- International students reports: timeline, proofreading, and translation process – International Student Coordinator
- Instrumental Music Reporting – oversee the structure and proofreading - Music Academy Director
