BPS PING-PONG-A-THON Is Nearly Here! 

Next Friday is our Ping-Pong-A-Thon at Blackburn Primary School!

Come and join us after school on Friday the 9th of September as we will be hosting an big event to reconnect as a community, to have a heap of fun together, and to top it off, to raise money for an incredible cause! 

There will be popcorn, fairy floss, slushies, a sausage sizzle and fizzy drinks!

The students will be playing with their classes throughout the day, under the guidance and support of their awesome PE teacher. However, this is an invitation to you and your family to join us after school. From 3:30pm to 6:30pm we will be hosting table tennis games, some food and drinks and a chance to catch up with each other, and meet other families from our school. 

The Ping-Pong-A-Thon is a fundraising & advocacy movement, combating human trafficking and exploitation of young people in South East Asia through table tennis events held every year. 

Funds raised support the work of several organisations combating the slavery of some of the most vulnerable people in our world. 

There is no cost to play, however we are just asking for a suggesting a donation of $5 to $10 to go towards all of the food and drinks, and towards our fundraising efforts.
