Ticketing for Ngulu-Nganjin – Grade 4-6 Production

Re: Ticketing for Ngulu-Nganjin – Grade 4-6 Production 

 

We are excited to be announcing ticket sales for our first production since 2019.  Ngulu-Nganjin is a grade 4-6 production taking place across two nights, Wednesday 31st August and Thursday 1st September. 

 

Ticket Allocation:

  • Ticket sales will be restricted to 2 tickets per household per night. Families residing across two households will be eligible to 2 tickets per household.
  • Families with 2 children performing on the same night, will still only have access to 2 tickets per household as tickets are allocated per household not per child.
  • Only families with performing students will be eligible to purchase tickets.
  • A ticket must be purchased for all attendees over the age of 18 months.
  • Unsold tickets will be offered in a second round (see details below)

 We understand that ticket restrictions are not ideal, however we included all Grade 4 -6 students this year. This gives them an opportunity to experience a senior school production. First round tickets will be on sale until Friday 12th August at 9am.  Any unsold tickets will then go on sale from Monday 15th August at 9am until Wednesday 24th August (or until sold out).  The school will send home your allocated tickets prior to the school production.  We will endeavour to seat your tickets together.  You will need to bring the tickets sent home by the school for entry to the theatre as these will have details of your allocated seats. When booking your tickets, you will be required to provide your child’s name to ensure we can track tickets and try to seat tickets together.  We will automatically refund any tickets that are purchased above the specified allocation. 

 

Details of the production: 

Night 1:  Wednesday August 31st School Production - 6KS, 6MB, 5SM, 5JK, 4VG, 4KD

Night 2:  Thursday September 1st School Production - 6BN, 6GB, 5KB, 5SC, 4BM, 4KH, 4MD 

 

Time: Please arrive by 6:45pm for a 7pm start

 

Location:  Clocktower Centre, Moonee Ponds

 

Price: $30 per ticket (non-refundable)Please ensure you purchase tickets for the correct night.

Digital Download

There is also the opportunity to purchase a digital download of the concert to watch with family and friends after the event.  You can order the download when purchasing tickets.  Details of how to access the digital download will be provided once ready after the production.  There is a minimum of 100 downloads per production that must be purchased.  If we do not meet this requirement, your purchase will be refunded directly to your account. Details for student attendance / arrival times will be sent out separately.We look forward to showcasing our students’ talents across the two nights.Thank you​Megan
