“The Mindfulness Club has continued to run during Term Three. It has been so lovely to see different students attending each week. Students have the opportunity to express how they are feeling and describe what ‘zone of regulation’ they are in. Studies show that the benefits of mindfulness for kids can include increased classroom participation and compassion, improved ability to resolve conflict and overall well-being, as well as decreased levels of stress and anxiety.”
