During this term students in Grade 6 have been participating in Food Science lessons, learning how to prepare and cook different meals. Students have enjoyed fruit salad skewers, sweet chilli salad and pancakes so far. They have recognised the importance of being organised and how to use equipment correctly to ensure their meals are made efficiently and safely. The students have certainly enjoyed the results afterwards having big smiles and full stomachs! We thank Al for all his hard work in preparing the ingredients and materials for us.
