KINSHIP CARE AT CAFS
Are you caring for someone else’s child?
Kinship Care is when a child or young person’s parents are unable to care for them and they are being cared for by siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles or friends of the family.

Cafs has a telephone service to offer information, advice, support and referral for kinship carers who are not currently engaged with the cafs Kinship care program. Contact Carolyn Brown on the numbers below for assistance.
KINSHIP CARE SUPPORT GROUPS
CAFS facilitates monthly support groups for all kinship carers across the Central Highlands. These groups are held in Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh, Ararat and Daylesford.
