BSC Swimming Sports

The Beaufort Secondary College House Swimming Sports were held on Thursday 11th February with a great deal of team spirit on display. Students were encouraged to support their team, dressing up in all sorts of interesting and impressive costumes in their House colours, and we were not disappointed!
With fantastic weather for the event, a great day was had by all and the students are to be commended for their outstanding behaviour. Special thanks to Sport Coordinator and organiser, Anthony Tatchell and to all the staff and students who helped with the smooth running of the day.
The teachers once again came away successors in the staff/student relay race with lots of fun and laughter all round, while Wandarra and Taltarni tied in 1st place for the teams' across-pool relay event. On the day, the overall winning teams were Wandarra/Taltarni with 663 points, while Kambara/Tanaranga came in with 631 points, with great effort and input from all teams.
