Food Technology

The Food Technology class have recently been busy in the kitchen developing their culinary skills and expanding their knowledge. Students were required to follow the recipe for Basic Biscuits and add an extra ingredient to the recipe, otherwise known as a line extension. Students added dried fruit either within the mix or as a decoration on top of the biscuits, prior to baking. 

 

There were certainly some delicious smells and noteworthy decorations coming from the kitchen upon completion.
