Upcoming Events

Please mark them in your calendars

NCS Twilight Family Picnic

Our Twilight Family Picnic will be going ahead this year on Friday 5 March from 5.30-7.30pm! Thank you to all the families who have already let us know that they will be coming.

The evening is designed to be a ‘come when you can and leave when you must’ event. There will be the 'Bearded Brewer' coffee van, as well as a school run BBQ selling sausages on a bun, drinks and ice creams. Families are also welcome to bring their own meals to this event. This will be a wonderful opportunity for families who are new to NCS to meet with other school families.

This year, the picnic will be held on the grassed area behind the Secondary Admin and new TAS/VA Centre. Please remember to bring your own picnic rugs and/or chairs.

Keeping COVID-Safe

Although it will be wonderful to finally gather as a community again, we do still need to keep a 1.5m distance from each other (unless you are part of the same household). Please be mindful of this, particularly while mingling and standing in queues. Everyone will be required to have secured a free ticket from https://www.trybooking.com/BPBLI and also check in with the Service NSW QR code to gain entry to the event.

Very Important - Get a ticket

Even if you have already completed the previous Expression of Interest Form, you still need to get tickets for each person attending by Wednesday 3 March. You do not need to print the tickets out but you may need to show them on your phone.

Open Week and other enrolment events

Do you know someone who would like to find out more about enrolling at NCS?

Let them know about our Open Week. They can make a booking online to visit our school between 10am-2pm from 3-5 March. There are also specific events for children starting Kindergarten in 2022 (for non-NCS families) and for those starting Secondary next year.

Year 7 Taste 'n' See Experience Day &

Kindergarten Open Mornings

Current NCS Year 6 students do not need to register for this event. They will be attending as part of their normal school day. Parents/Carers will receive a letter about 'Taste 'n' See' this coming week.

If you know of other families who may be interested in sending their child to our school for Kindergarten or Year 7, please make them aware of these two events.
