I am delighted to share with you an exciting new section we are adding to NCS Bytes, commencing in this edition. We are calling it the ‘3 W’s’ approach. This stands for ‘Wise words with….’ As you would be aware, I have had the privilege of writing the Principal's Report in the past. In many ways, this has meant that we have missed out on receiving important insights from other key NCS personnel. Whilst I will continue to write a number of 'Wise words with...' articles on a regular basis, we will now also have the opportunity of hearing from other NCS staff members with responsibility for key areas and initiatives. 

I am now about to hand over to our Secondary Chaplain and I am confident that you will be greatly encouraged as you read the following ‘Wise words with... Mr Petts’ article on the following page.
