IDENTITY

This term in Italian, in keeping with our inquiry unit of ‘Identity’, the children are studying a unit called ‘Chi sono?’ (Who am I?).

Pictured above are students from the Middle Learning Community and the Senior Learning Community, working on their Identity cards providing information about themselves using descriptive words and phrases in Italian. 

The students indicated on a map of the world where their parents, grandparents, or great grandparents were born and the name of the country and their nationality in Italian.  The students enjoyed learning how to say the names of their countries of origin and their nationalities in Italian.  

Looking forward to a productive year of learning and having fun.
