Through the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), the St Bridget’s staff are part of a learning collaborative with many other Catholic schools who have been working with Dr Lyn Sharratt, a highly accomplished practitioner, researcher, author, and presenter to approach learning and teaching through understanding the 14 Parameters of Effective School Organisation.  

This is done through a focus on engaging and understanding data using data walls, a case management approach to understanding students and learning walks to develop consistent understandings about how visible learning is in the school.
