AMEB PRACTICAL EXAMS

What a fantastic fortnight it has been in the Music Department.

Well done to all the students who have taken part in the AMEB practical examinations. We are incredibly pleased with the results so far and commend the students for their outstanding results.

MUSIC NIGHT

Congratulations to all the students who were involved in Unit 1 and 2 Music Night on Thursday 1 November. It was an outstanding success! Thank you to Mr Kurowski for his ongoing development of these students.

REMEMBRANCE DAY

Congratulations to the students (Jordan Berger, Jeongwoo Choi, Louisa D’Ambra, Isabella Figueira, Tia Finn, Grace James, Sonya Mikhaylova, Daniel Rumanovsky, Ido Shahar, James Vassilou, Simon Wu, Fyonn Xie and Chloe Zhou) who played for the Remembrance Day commemorations on Friday 9 November at the RSL. Thank you to Mr Martin West for his development of this group of students.

ARTS SHOW

Thank you to Dustin Yu for his fantastic musical accompaniment for the 2018 Arts Show. You provided a great soundtrack to the wonderful art that was on display.

GROOVE AND GRAZE

Congratulations to “Stand Out”, a Year 11 based student band for being selected to perform at the “Groove and Graze” in Elsternwick on Sunday 18 November. Come along and support these amazing musicians.
