Farewell Class of 2018
On Wednesday 24th October we farewelled the class of 2018. The day started with a breakfast in the PAC followed by a celebration assembly. The theme for the morning was WAY Back Wednesday. The valedictory planning team had met regularly over the course of 2018 to plan for the event and prepare the decorations. Students arrived to the PAC, at 8.00 am, which was decorated with memories of their child hood years including colourful displays of Bob the builder, Hi 5, Brittany Speers, Justin Beiber to name a few.
Assembly was opened with a duet Mr L’huillier and Eliza Scott on guitar playing ‘Little Talk’s (a tune that Mr L’huillier played to them in Year 7). There was a ppt of pictures of the students in prep, a trivia show, snap shot news, funny awards, poem, Kahootz games, Reality show parody (Keeping up with the Captains), video of VCAL life and a Lip sync staff and students.– A selection of games was played including pin the horn on the unicorn, scattegories and donuts on strings.
Thank you Luke Janson, Kaycee Gunn Cameron, Eliza Scott, Sara Riipa, Taia Dea’th, Adaora Ilobuchi, Melanie Clarke, Ambria Andrews, Alisha Allen
Special Provision - for students undertaking a VCE Subject
Students who we are aware of that meet eligibility requirements for special provision and or special examination arrangements for 2019 will be notified shortly regarding the application process.
If you are unsure whether your student meets eligibility requirements for special provision and or special examination arrangements please contact Robyn Andrews - Year 12 Leader.
