Many hands make light work

SMPPS Families & Friends requires volunteers for:

• Class Reps: Each class needs to have at least one class rep to create and facilitate a WhatsApp group for all parents and carers, no experience needed, just a friendly and open attitude and ability to pass on messages and be the conduit for interaction.
• Fundraising: Various fundraising opportunities are available and we need people to take on projects from start to finish, this requires an ability to take on some coordination and communication between parents/ suppliers/ the school/ wider community. 
• Admin: A new Executive team will be nominated at the AGM in March, in the meantime, we need people to help with signing up new members/ organising communications for the newsletter/ budgeting. 
• Bunnings Sausage Sizzle: Planning is underway for 21 March Bunnings Sausage Sizzle in Port Melbourne. We need helpers to source donated food and drinks, and also serve on the day. 
• Active April Walkathon: Scheduled for 30 April, this is one of our biggest Fundraising events. Please get in touch if you are able to assist with planning and or running the event on the day.
