Minnie Whittle attends 2019 Inter Group Public Speaking contest

Congratulations to MCS student Minnie Whittle who participated in the following event .

"40 winning students from Central Western, Oxley and Far Western Groups travelled to Narromine for the 2019 Inter Group Public Speaking Contest. Interpretation of their new topics again amazing, the standard high and the audience appreciative.

This has been a very rewarding initiative for Narromine Branch in Far Western Group, drawing in students as far afield as Bourke, Cobar, Enngonia and Weilmoringle, with the support of Bourke Evening Branch.

Inter Group Results saw Central Western with 3 2nds and 1 H/C, Oxley with 2 1sts, 1 2nd and 1 H/C, Far Western with 2 1sts, and 2 H/C. Congratulations to all students and to the CWA members who have supported them along the way."
