Year 7 Food Studies

The Year 7 Food Studies class made Chicken Fillet Burgers, focusing on crumbing, pan frying and knife skills. They were very happy with their final dish- I dont think any made it home!

Year 9/10 Sport Education

As part of the Year 9/10 Sport Education elective Mr Hill and Mr Sanders classes have been engaged in various sports both in and out of school. HILAC has been welcoming and also the variety of sports and level of instruction shown by the students also pleasing. It has been a test of confidence for many. The students will take these learnt skills of coaching and instruction out into the primary schools in Term 4. Pictures show Soft Lacrosse and Basketball in action recently.

The BEST program students have been busy in the garden tending to their veggie patch.
