IMPORTANT TERM DATES

The last day of school for students will be Wednesday 18 December 2019.

The first day of 2020 for Yr 1 - Yr 6 will be Friday 31 January 2020. The later start date is due to CSO mandatory Professional Development Days.

School Magazine

The 2019 School Magazine is now available to order on Qkr. They will be distrubted before the end of the Term.

School Fees

School fees are now overdue. Please finalise your fees before the end of the year. If you have any issues with payment of fees please contact Jeni Muller in the office.

Catholic Schools Chess Challenge

On Friday 29 November, St Xavier's sent a team of 15 players to the Catholic Schools Chess Challenge in Tamworth.

Well done to Lucas Sardinha and Archie McCormack who both came home with a trophy.

St Xavier's School did extremely well, placing 2nd overall. 

Sean Gander was named the Most Improved Player.

Such an awesome effort from all of our Chess Players.

A huge thanks once again to Mr Ed Heap for all his mentoring and to Mrs Heidi Browne for escorting the students. Thanks also to those parents who were able to transport children.

Kindergarten Craft Session

Kindergarten had a great morning with parent and grandparent helpers doing Gingerbread Man Craft.

 Extended Uniform Shop Hours in January

Uniform Policy reminders...

Hair: Should be neat and tidy at all times and if long it must be tied back using maroon, blue or white hair ties. The Schools Advisory Council  has determined that hair length should not be less than a number 4 comb unless there is a medical reason. ( Eg head lice)

Current cuts that show fading, mohawks and long fringes etc are very cool but please save them for the holidays.
