IPS has been excelling in sport

Effort is rewarded. Well done to every student that represents IPS and themselves every time they compete. 

Football

Last weekend a number of IPS boys were part of a winning U11 football premiership representing the West Ivanhoe Roosters JFC. In a tight match they won by 5 points against Bundoora Park.

Soccer

Cogratulations to our Girls & Boys Soccer Teams and their outstanding coaches for their wins last week.

Athletics

Grades 3, 4, 5 and 6 will travel by bus and participate in an Athletics competition at Collingwood Athletics Track on Wednesday, 4th September. Please check compass and give permission/pay $10 for your child to attend this exciting event.

Parents are welcome to join us and there are a limited number of seats available on the buses for parents. Please contact Mrs Blanas if you would like to come and assist with the day and/or travel on the buses. All parents are welcome and can meet us at the track.

Children who meet district standards will go on to compete at the District Athletics Meeting on the 9th of September.
