Year 3- 6 School Fun Run

The Fun Run

On Friday 27th, April 2018, years 3-6 had a  House Fun Run.

The House Fun Run was an exciting competition against the house colours.

Students ran up to 3  kilometres to compete with  fellow classmates; to earn points for their house colour.

This year, Kildare House (Gold House) won! They won with many points. The 10 fastest girls and boys in each category will represent our school in the District Cross Country in May.

Congratulations to the students which have made it to Division.

Thankyou to Mrs Khoo for organising the event and teachers and parents for assisting  at the event.

Year 5 & 6 Interschool Sport

The second Summer Interschool Sport Competition Day will be held on Friday 4th May. Winter Sport will begin in week 4 and is a weekly competition in the sports of Netball, Soccer, AFL and Teeball. We still need parents to help score and supervise students every Friday afternoon in term 2. Active Lunch Clubs

Active April is a government initiative to increase our awareness of health and our participation in physical activity. Although April ran through the Holidays. at St John Vianney's we have promoted this with Active April Lunch Clubs These clubs will also run throughout the term. Attached is a timetable as different levels can participate on different days. The clubs are led by our sports captains and house captains.
